Customer Cancellation

If cancelled before the vendor confirms, eligible payments are refunded according to the cancellation policy.

Vendor Cancellation

If a vendor cancels after confirmation, eligible payments will be refunded.

Deposit Refund

Security deposits are refunded after the product is returned and successfully inspected.

Refund Time

Eligible refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
